Hostalgia Technologies (hereafter referred to as "Hostalgia"). respects the privacy of every individual who visits our websites. This privacy statement provides notice of the standards and terms under which Hostalgia protects the privacy of information supplied by visitors to sites on the World Wide Web that are owned and operated by Hostalgia. B. Disclosure of customer information and communications
Hostalgia will not otherwise disclose its customers' personal and account information unless Hostalgia has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Hostalgia, Hostalgia's customers, or others, or where Hostalgia has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.

Hostalgia also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Hostalgia stores or transmits for its customers. The circumstances under which Hostalfia will disclose such electronic customer communications are when:

1. it is necessary in order to provide service to the customer;
2. it is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Hostalgia and its customers;
3. it is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that Hostalgia determines in its sole discretion to be valid and enforceable; and
4. it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Hostalgia and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.

Hostalgia disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by customers or others. Hostalgia will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm Hostalgia, its customers or third parties. The grounds on which Hostalgia may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of Hostalgia's Acceptable Use Policy.

C. Your Hostalgia hosted website, server, bulletin boards, forum, Third-Party Sites:
Information that is disclosed in a public space, including on any bulletin board, chat room, or website Hostalgia may host for you as part of your Hostalgia services, is available to anyone else who visits that space. Hostalgia cannot safeguard any information disclosed in these locations. Additionally, Hostalgia websites contain links to sites that belong to third parties unrelated to Hostalgia. Hostalgia cannot protect any information disclosed in these sites and recommends that you review the privacy policy statements of those sites you visit.

D. Exceptions:
In connection with the potential sale or transfer of any of its interests, Hostalgia reserves the right to sell or transfer your information (including , but not limited to name, address information, and other information you provided to Hostalgia) to a third party that:

1. concentrates its business in communication products or services;
2. agrees to be Hostalgia's successor in interest with regard to the maintenance and protection of information collected and maintained by Hostalgia; and
3. agrees to the obligations of this policy statement.
